This outdated 80’s-style bathroom had a golden oak vanity, worn-out fixtures, and a tired-looking shower tub combo. Now, fast forward to the present – a fresh new look with updated fixtures, custom vanity, new shower tub combo and more. This remodel achieved all the homeowners requests for their hallway bathroom renovation project.

BEFORE & AFTER BATHROOM RENOVATION

One of the first steps was to bid farewell to the old, worn flooring, making way for luxurious LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring that combines durability with aesthetic appeal. This new foundation set the stage for the entire makeover, providing a clean canvas for the design aspirations.

Next on the agenda was the installation of a custom vanity designed to match one of the homeowners existing bathroom furniture pieces. The vanity complements the space and maximizes storage efficiency.

But the transformation didn’t stop there. The shower tub combo was a relic of the past, and it was time for an upgrade. Out went the outdated fixture, replaced by a deeper 19" soaker tub, new oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures with hand-held sprayer, and a roller barndoor style glass enclosure that exudes sophistication and functionality.

Of course, no bathroom renovation is complete without attention to the finer details. We meticulously selected and installed new plumbing fixtures, including faucets and accessories, to enhance both form and function. Every element was chosen to ensure a cohesive and harmonious design throughout the space.

Last but not least, we bid adieu to the old toilet, welcoming a modern, water-efficient model that embodies eco-friendliness without compromising on performance.

The result? A functional and eye pleasing before-and-after transformation that exceeded the homeowner's expectations and breathed new life into their home.
