Kim Meier founded KLM Builders, Inc. in 1987. With his business sense and a desire to build a quality home for his family, he saw a need in the area that had not been met by other builders. Seizing the opportunity, he began building homes where craftsmanship and excellence would be synonymous with his company, KLM Builders, Inc. Our first community Orchard Bluff estates was conceived in 1990. Since then, KLM Builders, Inc. has started and finished Breezy Lawn Estates, North Ridge Estates and The Preserve communities in Spring Grove and Woods of Antioch in Antioch.
Current Projects include: Forest Ridge Estates and Thousand Oaks in Spring Grove, Sunset Ridge Estates in Richmond and Woodland Ridge in Antioch, as well as many off-site built homes.
